Momma

I am still enjoying the peaceful breath in my country. You know, when our president is on his way to official work, he uses the few highways no matter where he is. This means that roads are blocked for hours! I wonder what happens now that we have a Prime Minister. Let that love reign forever!
I had rehearsed some lyrics to pass a dedication to all women but they evaporated! The magic role that deserves an award is the ability to carry me for 9 months or prematurely less months. Men can't do that! It was great to call my Mom and confirm that she was doing fine. I reminded her of how this world would be impossible without her beside me. "Really" is what she said, "Your love is tender and true momma"…I confirmed.
My boy friends found it hard to explain who a woman is. Is a girl, a lady, a woman? Our IT manager strongly believes that if you have ever carried a human being in you then you are a woman. No matter the status or roles, we need the strength of women to survive. This goes to my momma at home for being the best chef in traditional cooking, Maryanne Pribila for her tremendous support in youth activities in Nairobi and Michelle Obama!!!
Friends requested me give updates on how the young people at the 'youth for theatre change', are doing. This will be shared on my next blog. Got to pack and join the project youth in this drama festival at the coast of Kenya this weekend.
